    Service Availability

    We strive to maintain uninterrupted service availability but do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance or other reasons.

    No Warranties

    Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helix Core AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helix Core AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

    Confidentiality

    Severability

    Entire Agreement
